Unfortunately and without exception, stockfeedshop.com cannot accept any returns on opened products. Should you be less than happy with your order, please return it within fourteen days of purchase, unopened and with your original receipt. We will be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. All refunds are credited to the original pay method (no cash refunds).

Cancellations

All orders are automatically processed via a secure, merchant banking facility and processed for collection or delivery as soon as they are placed.  During this process we incur irreversible fees. We understand that after an approved purchase order there may be a legitimate reason to cancel one or more products of an approved purchase order or the entire order itself.  The authorised procedures for cancelling a purchase order are listed below:

• If your product(s) has not been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee is payable.
• If the product(s) has been dispatched, cancellation is disallowed. In this case, please follow our return policies and procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees*.
• Orders, which are refused at delivery, will be charged all of the applicable fees listed above including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
